Randy Kierce, Chief Operating Officer, Randy has over 25 years of industry experience and works closely with Sunshine’s airport division, as well as our other janitorial accounts. As head of operations, Randy has extensive experience in contract building maintenance with hands on experience in all phases of janitorial, window cleaning, carpet care, floor care, and pressure cleaning services.  Randy plays an instrumental role in the development and ongoing maintenance of our training, safety program, and quality control initiatives, along with job-starts and project management.

Mike Woodson, Director of Sales and Quality Control/ Assurance, has been responsible for solidifying Sunshine’s Quality Control measures and has made a great impact in working with project managers and supervisors in bolstering QC efforts companywide and in utilizing Sunshine’s eHub quality monitoring software package. Mike has over sixteen years of janitorial management, operations, and quality control experience. 

Laura Coenen, Business Consultant, brings more than 30 years of industry leadership and management experience to Sunshine with a focus on streamlining procedures and processes using technology.  She served as President and CEO of Sunshine, a 100% Woman Owned Business, From 2015 – 2023.  Prior to Sunshine she was Senior VP of Operations for TEAM Software, an ERP Software leader in the janitorial and security market.  The technology expertise and leadership she acquired at TEAM Software has been instrumental in helping Sunshine integrate software and technology to improve quality, service, and communications to Sunshine’s accounts.  Her leadership and guidance have allowed Sunshine to increase revenue, cut expenses and become a more profitable organization driving results through strategic goals and teamwork.

Wendy Dawson, Manger of Human Resources, hails from Atlanta, Georgia and has more than 15 years of experience in the janitorial field and more than 10 years in the area of human resources management. After working at the Atlanta Hartsfield Airport in custodian services, Wendy moved to Fort Lauderdale in 2013 to elevate her career as human resources manager for NAPM Enterprises, a staffing agency and long-time subcontractor for Sunshine. Most recently, she served as the project administrative manager with SP+, a parking facilities management company.
 
A graduate of Broward College and resident of Sunrise, Wendy is the mother of six and grandmother of 10. In her spare time, she enjoys fishing and traveling.
